What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you send us through the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), and message.
Why
To respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell or share it with anyone for marketing.
How it's processed
Form submissions are delivered to our email by Web3Forms, a third-party form service (registered in India, servers in the United States); Web3Forms retains submissions briefly (about 30 days) before deletion. By submitting the form you consent to this processing, including transfer outside Canada. We keep your message in our email for as long as the conversation is relevant.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising technologies.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that collects only aggregate, anonymous statistics - no cookies, no fingerprinting, no personal data.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard server logs (IP addresses) to deliver and secure the site.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it - write to [email]. If you're unsatisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (or the Commission d'accès à l'information in Quebec). Visitors from the EU/EEA have equivalent rights under the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
